Okay, I have optimized my music, like I've told you before and I thought it was Audacity being a bitch, so then I decide to up the bitrate to 96 kbps for the quality. Now Flash takes it in this time. Then when I try 80 kbps, it says it cannot read the file. To any of the Flash 8 owners, does this happen to you too?

Well yeah, I used about three different programs, one such as the swift audio converter, goldwave, and audacity. You think it might have something to do with the encoder?

possibly it could be, so just use the quality that works until you can get it fixed.

Hey..I've got a problem once with the import of sound.. It tells me that doesn't "recognize" the file, but the problem(I think) is the name of the sound,if is long like 12 or more character it don't read the sound.

Your 80 kb problem may be an issue with your LAME encoder. You can try downloading a newer version of the LAME encoder which can be found here.

I think you should try another program to minimize filesize. some compiler or something.,
Many a man fails as an original thinker simply because his memory it too good.

The problem is I use that encoder, and I even tried the 3.98 beta after it. I figured it couldn't be the encoder afterwards because of the fact that i used swift sound converter and that had a different encoder.

Oh yeah, just to clear thing's I think it's my computer because of the fact of me trying out goldwave, audacity and that converter thing i keep mentioning.
