That wouldn't make sense. The Italian mafia existed due to connections between the gangsters in Italy (mainly Naples and Sicily) and the Italian-American immigrants in New York and Washington D.C. There are other mafias, i.e., the Russian mafia, Chinese, Japanese, etc., but they exist also for the same reasons the Italian mafia existed, albeit not as successfully. Since black people come from more than one country (continent also), it'd be kind of hard for that to exist and for all the countries' gangsters to coexist in one big mafioso grand scheme of things, like all the godfathers of the various Italian families did.

i have a question how come there are a lot of black people that are bald but there is barely and white people that are....

and why is it that black people can jump higher then white guys you may think this is racist but name 5 white guys in the nba that can jump... just because they can dunk dousnt meant they can jump it means they are tall..
