Congrats MrFinland on your new level. It's always nice to pick one up and see how you look with your aura and everything. I have another month until level 31. I'm somewhat looking forward to it, but at this point I don't even really remember what it is!

Well done on your new level MrFinland, the Evil aura looks wicked with The Nunchunks. I love the weapons too they rock and are so powerful. They are so cool looking I don't know so much about The Knife it does look kinda nice, maybe not as appealing looking. I cant get over that author submitting two stolen games in one day!. Anyway been doing loads of links today amazing what you can find. So RSQViper not mad on your level 28?,that's of course my next level DarkSolider you will get yours in January.

Well congrats on your new level DARK SOLDIER! I too have leveled up as well. The FF is starting to make good flash animations once in a while but, most of it is crap! This guy named "gu-rilla" keeps mailing me how the NGDD is corrupted and such. I did not know why he was doing that until I looked at the NGDD Dishonorably Discharged and he was on the list! I know people like that, they are people that everybody hates and so they try to tell the innocent people that right is wrong and I am your leader. He is what I call....... an asshole.

You seem like a good member, but I'd like you to read the info written here first. Then it would be nice if you could post in a little more conventional way. Not everything needs a brand new line to write it in. Reply back after you read the info and I don't see a lot of problems with your application.

Thank you for the link. I looked over the frontpage new post and I'll go through the rest after I'm done writing this. And yes, I know that. I just did so since it's somewhat easier to read for some people instead of having it all jumbled up in one paragraph. Thanks for the link nonetheless, I'll go read the rest now.

What exactly is this flash movie going to be about? I am constantly hearing about it but I do not know a thing about what is going on. Maybe someone could fill me in.

I was anticipating somewhat of a brainstorm between several animators, but if you think you can handle the whole project, it's yours.

In the NGDD and in NG in general we try not to make one line posts. It would be appriciated if you could find a way to use more in your post. You can wait a little to find something to say, but try and make it worthwhile, 2 words isn't very good. Ok?

I'm sure between RSQ and I, we can get this thing done and done well. It's not like we're going to be doing intense work and showing off real skill - that never brings attention to the audience. All we need is something simple, yet awesome, and with catchy voice acting and a good tune in the background. When we have those two files, we can get down to animating the good stuff.

And we'll keep it NG related - don't worry about that. ;)

I had this whole typed up thing about tips for posting. It was really good, and posted here a bunch of pages back. I'm mad I didn't save it. I'll try to pull it back up if I can.

Sorry for the double, but I found it. Feel free to change/add/subtract anything you like. (Said to a user who couldn't get in because of posts)

I agree. To help you out in what we're looking for:

1. Lengthen your posts. I noticed a few 1-5 word posts that you had made. Unless you are saying something funny, try to make it as long as possible, like I'm doing with this right here; I could have stopped at "lengthen your posts", but I continued to explain my point, which is something you should do.

2. Use proper grammar, proper punctuation, proper spelling and the enter key. Although I didn't see too many posts that were too long where the enter key was needed. If making a long post, paragraph it out; it makes it easier for the reader to find where and what he's reading. Same goes with the other 3; nothing looks worse in a post than bad grammar or punctuation. For spelling, I suggest you use Firefox as your browser, since it has a built in spell checker.

3. Put thought and humor into your posts. I noticed you tried, but the humor you inserted doesn't really strike a cord with the internet crowd. Now, that's not to say add a cock or gay joke in every post, but say something funny and you'll get recognized. And put thought in your posts; when in an argument, making a long post with a lot of information makes you look good, and makes it seem like you know what your talking about.

4. Don't say more than you have to. I know I just told you to lengthen your posts, but sometimes having a shorter post is better. It's boring to read the same information over and over again, just reworded. And if the topic doesn't require a lot of text in the post, don't put a lot in the post. People go into those topics trying to get through them quickly, trying to read as many posts as possible before posting their's. If you make a long post, you'll just get skipped.

Just follow those guidelines, and come back in 50 posts or so. You'll probably get in.

Thank you very much for that. I can certainly follow those guidelines. It's just a slight of habit as I've grown slightly accustomed to the other forum topics where the majority of posts are lacking in grammar and spelling, and consist of a couple words spouting some irrelevant stuff. Of course, I do prefer well thought out posts and replies. Personally, things that are too long can get a bit long to read sometimes, but a paragraph is good.

And hence... a paragraph. ^_^

Shit! that passed have to Pm a mod its not suitable at all, very bad crap passing although, i voted o on it. So with The
DoDBot I noticed the badge has been updated for example, Its says "Hearty Staff Sergeant" which is my next badge why is it a badge higher then what I have got? The information page looks cool and I have not seen it very often either. My level up is ages ways so I wont be able to be that badge for quite some time. Anyway The Movie sounds exciting.
