Any thing I didn't correct was at least somewhat acceptable.

I'll be honest that the post that Phantom made was the first witty or funny post that he has ever made when flaming somebody. Any other time it's just the unoriginal swear words and come backs that a child would come up with. But this time it was actually witty and it did make me laugh. Wait.. so we do know who hacked the account? Well not all of us, but there are people who know who hacked it? And you guys were blaming me for it, which is understandable because of how I just got the password to it to deposit for the account and it was hacked in the next couple of days so it made it look like it was me. Anyway, if you higher ups know who did it you should have at least let us know even if you don't tell us who it was.

To APF, I know how it is man. Well kind of since I don't work that much, but just school itself takes up an unbelievable amount of time. I have time to get on in the morning and the night, but almost the entire day I'm studying for exams. I can just imagine what schooling and a job would be like. I have three exams at the end of this week and after that I'm done exam wise fore awhile. It's going to feel nice to be able to take a couple of days off.

nothing new for now. Some talk of changing the member list interface, but that will surely take some time. Other than that everything is pretty much the same.

Sadly no...NG stats have all become trivial now as they haven't been really changed in a long time... Of course if we do get a chance to do something original, we'd like that.

Alright, fellow NG defense men, my collab is finally getting there and with some amazing animators participating, such as Master-Samus, the animator of the infamous series Killing Spree!

I remember promising to give screenshots for you guys along the way. Also, if you check the thread you can see some amazing parts people are making. Back to the screenshots, I'm not going to show you something amazing straight away but here's a reasonably good one:

In other news:

I've been wondering for a bit now, do you think some artists would be willing to improve our process of accepting new members with an introduction flash, but one made with more humor to it than just text.

Personally I think it would be possible to find a good artist for a little bit of cash...While we're at it, we could renew the whole NGDD profile for new members as well.

What do you folks say? I was thinking about some light artwork to brighten up the NGDD profile, and a Flash made by someone who knows his way around it. the investment in it won't be just a couple cents on my side, but if a lot of you members agree, I'd enjoy this place getting some more positive exposure.

Meantime I'll work on the member list a little, update it a little and PM the other Dept. leaders to discuss a new method of keeping it.

Visually I would like to see some more Newgrounds related features. being made a little more orange and a couple cartoons popping out in a smooth texture, stars and halos around a text is getting corny.
Think "NG poster+some text". I want it to focus around the website more than around us as a club.

I like it, as always, but I would prefer the text to be less..."in your face". Just freely use Newgrounds as a backdrop and add in the bottom left in normal fonts, "NGDD-Newgrounds Department of Defense" so it's more balanced.

I actually really like it. I think it really stands out and shows that we have some good artists in the NGDD and that we mean business. I really like it, but thats my own opinion.

No that's okay but I don't post like that on purpose I do really try, but I'm useless at grammar. I just try to guess. I wish people would not be so harsh ,it makes me feel insecure when people keep mentioning it. I find it a struggle to get it right ,and try my hardest to make it easy to read. I put lol because I was finishing my post with a joke although, it made little sense I do try very hard.

Anyway, the banner looks really good. You put that together in a very small amount of time. That's pretty good man. Anyway, for the flash. I have a buddy who is really good at flash and he would do it for free, but he's so lazy and he doesn't ever actually end up finishing what he starts. =P Other than that I guess if there was money involved you could advertise in the Flash Forums with a thread. Those threads are allowed and all you would have to do is explain what you want done in detail. You can ask the people to show you examples of their work so you know you are getting quality work back too.

Even though there are artists out there that will work for free. Sometimes good ones, but most of the time they are the amateur or beginner flash artists.

If I were an intelligent user I'd look at the profile and see that despite the "England" as location, the English spoken is not the kind a native English would learn. That would be the point where I would also question the said gender, and abide the law that there are few if any women on the Newgrounds BBS. Then I would also notice that most of the women who are women are members of the BBS female user club.

Lastly I'd also take a note to the fact that in Newgrounds there need be no correlation between the age and gender you write, and who you really are; explaining why it is called an alias.

Nah, you are the guy that is so insecure and so upset about how bad his real life is that he takes it out in a fake world such as the internet where he can be anyone he wants to be. Nah not taken personally at all. Anyway, who would want a person who is one of the best animators that I have ever seen to do your work? If he submitted work to newgrounds he would have several scattered throughout the top 100 and top 50. Like I said though, why would I be offended for you not to even take this into consideration? You clearly didn't read the rest though or perhaps you didn't comprehend it, but I said he wouldn't be able to anyway. Of course you state the same exact thing that I have again, but you just do it in your words to get some sense of power of it for some reason.

Well, we are planning to improve some things, ShortMonkey is currently working to upgrade the DodBot's user page appearance and we'll be changing the way the memberlist is kept, as well as planning a flash to help with bringing new people to our ranks.

As with all changes, some people come, and some people go. Glad you could post and I hope you stick around longer this time.

Sorry, did not mean to ignore your posting about your banner ShortMonkey. I did not know you had that link till just now. Well my verdict I like it the look is simple, but not to over the top cool and simple design. Only thing was maybe the colors could have been brighter, and the text more bolder. But I think its good and defiently should be used. I have not got a PM yet. I'm worried about why I have not recieved any emails, when my favorite authors submit something. Looking through my settings nothing seems to be the trouble. I have got all the sending options any idea what may be the trouble?. This began when they started using the new picture logos. Hope this post make sense.
