Anyway, the banner looks really good. You put that together in a very small amount of time. That's pretty good man. Anyway, for the flash. I have a buddy who is really good at flash and he would do it for free, but he's so lazy and he doesn't ever actually end up finishing what he starts. =P Other than that I guess if there was money involved you could advertise in the Flash Forums with a thread. Those threads are allowed and all you would have to do is explain what you want done in detail. You can ask the people to show you examples of their work so you know you are getting quality work back too.

Even though there are artists out there that will work for free. Sometimes good ones, but most of the time they are the amateur or beginner flash artists.

If I were an intelligent user I'd look at the profile and see that despite the "England" as location, the English spoken is not the kind a native English would learn. That would be the point where I would also question the said gender, and abide the law that there are few if any women on the Newgrounds BBS. Then I would also notice that most of the women who are women are members of the BBS female user club.

Lastly I'd also take a note to the fact that in Newgrounds there need be no correlation between the age and gender you write, and who you really are; explaining why it is called an alias.

Nah not taken personally at all. Anyway, who would want a person who is one of the best animators that I have ever seen to do your work? If he submitted work to newgrounds he would have several scattered throughout the top 100 and top 50. Like I said though, why would I be offended for you not to even take this into consideration? You clearly didn't read the rest though or perhaps you didn't comprehend it, but I said he wouldn't be able to anyway. Of course you state the same exact thing that I have again, but you just do it in your words to get some sense of power of it for some reason.

Well, we are planning to improve some things, ShortMonkey is currently working to upgrade the DodBot's user page appearance and we'll be changing the way the memberlist is kept, as well as planning a flash to help with bringing new people to our ranks.

Sorry, did not mean to ignore your posting about your banner ShortMonkey. I did not know you had that link till just now. Well my verdict I like it the look is simple, but not to over the top cool and simple design. Only thing was maybe the colors could have been brighter, and the text more bolder. But I think its good and defiently should be used. I have not got a PM yet. I'm worried about why I have not recieved any emails, when my favorite authors submit something. Looking through my settings nothing seems to be the trouble. I have got all the sending options any idea what may be the trouble?. This began when they started using the new picture logos. Hope this post make sense.

I reserve the right to address people with whichever way I think they'll understand best in. And I'm done saying this because APF won't save you here. This started with a simple joke in my profile, where I said "cut it out" which you blew way out of proportions, and that is the kind of behavior I don't want in the NGDD I'm trying to represent. Not to mention that by attempting to insult me and the good I bring to the club, you insult APF on his choice to make me that leader. I bet he'd love to help you now. Also, in any of your lengthy posts, "honesty" was the last thing to think of while reading it. what I can read from your posts is bitterness and spite from some uncompleted childhood which is why you have the need to disagree with everyone.

You must think for some reason that having a rough childhood is an excuse to say whatever you want, public etiquette aside because it's just the "internet". Well at this point I have to say that I don't care why you do this, but I do care if it happens in the club I run, the club I'm trying to improve.

I was appointed here because it takes more than a friendly look on your face to run something. If you're such a catch, why didn't APF choose you in my absence? Did you humbly reject the position or did he also deny it of you?

Now, for what I hope is the last time, get out and stop bugging my club. It takes a bigger man to walk away, you could at least start with it once in your life time.

Considering I was brought into the argument currently on the NGDD forum, I'm going to speak out and end it right here. I don't care who is right or who is wrong when a disagreement begins you take it to the PM system. Granted I may not look like the greatest leader because I haven't been here as much lately, but I still AM a leader and this is where I stop the forum war.

We're supposed to be working together as a unit and coming together to make Newgrounds a better place, and I'm sure as hell not going to stand by and watch the members fight over power and stupid bullshit. I don't care who has power and who doesn't everyone has a say in changing the way the NGDD is going to be run...just like they did last year at this time when I began reforming rules and processes.

This isn't making us look good at all. I'm sick of all the fighting that goes on in here and if there's going to be a change in the NGDD then this will be the first one we make.

As of right now Gu-rrilla your request to join the NGDD is on hold and Corky you're suspended from the NGDD forum until everything is worked out. Don't take that the wrong way either because a suspension isn't always a bad thing, however you are to take it seriously enough that you'll know not to post if you really want to be a part of the NGDD.

I'll be speaking with everyone tonight, hopefully I can catch a couple of people online.

Or they see douche bags like you who take insignificant problems and blow them up. Look, I know that Phantom can be an asshole sometimes, but he's a nice guy most of the time, and is funny when you're not in the way of his rants. He could have gone old school on your ass and just hollowed you out so he can have another place to piss, but he showed restraint and didn't.

Every user that comes in here are either going to like it here, or not. If they don't see anything wrong with a heated debate like this, then let them stay. But if they complain about it, then let them leave. No one in this club has the power to kick Phantom out; he's been here forever, and has accrued so much respect and power that it would take some one cutting his internet line to stop him from coming here. You could do something too. I've run a contest. The first one of the new NGDD. That contest was a bitch to do. There was so much work involved, and I did it all because I love the NGDD. If you want to do a contest or anything, go for it. Put the time and effort in. If you do, your level of respect from me will raise from "average" to "he's a great guy". I know that may not mean a lot to you, but I can jump in an argument like this and say "hey, Corky's done some shit for the NGDD". It'll fit somewhere.

No, he was insulted and retaliated in a professional manner. Saying stuff like "You need to change the way you do (insert task here)" would be talking back to him. What you did was insult him.

It was running fine when he wasn't around. Of course, we had our original leadeship, a smaller, more mature group, and overall better members. So yeah, it was good when Phantom wouldn't be around for a time, because he wasn't in charge of everything, and we had members that would do stuff.

Hell, after 2 months under APF, this club was beginning to crumble. Not that he's a bad leader, but after the initial spike, the club just kept slipping downhill like it was before APF came back.

People wanted to join every other day and the club was actually accomplishing something.

People were joining more when Phantom wasn't around because new members are intimadated by people who have 4515646513614 combined stats. I was when I joined.

As for accomplishing stuff, we never really do that. We're more of a social club that points out the things that are wrong with NG.

You may have been explaining his life the way it really is, but I'm sure Phantom knows that. He's dealt with depression, so I'm sure he knows about his life pretty well. He doesn't need you to tell him.

APF, I respect your decision to the very heart and soul of this department, but Phantom continues to mock, taunt, and flame potential members; Even the regulars here are mistreated. He has been the start of most of the flame wars in this crew, giving it the unfriendly environment that this club has worked so hard to extinguish. Honestly, how one can try to just standby and watch idly, putting on a facade while this demon of a person continues his inhuman frenzy on us? He is the exact definition of the user we try to correct to make newgrounds a better place. As written in the very NGDD profile, we are not here to be spammers and assholes around the BBS, but instead be role models for the Department of Defense. Should we all be the kind of role model Phantom is, taunting everyone who even tries to join the NGDD?

Ok guys, I'm going to interfere. I just want to state that Phantom did not start the flame war. He dealt with it calmly and intelligently. Phantom is the boss. If he wants to kick someone out, he can do that. So what if he's strict? I'm not going to say whether I think Corky should be kicked or not because this is not a democracy and my thought doesn't matter.

Phantom deserves to be the man in charge - he has been here longer than any of us have, deals with problems intelligently (if you think he started the flame war, you're on crack), has fixed his anger problem on the BBS which he used to have and has gained the respect he deserves. If you don't respect him, something is wrong with you.

If he wants to make a decision and none of the other leaders agree with him, he can do that. That doesn't mean the other leaders don't have any power, it just means that Phantom has the most power over this club and I think he deserves it.

I suggest all the rebels here stop telling Phantom what he should do... unless you all want to be kicked out of the NGDD. Remember, this isn't a democracy. You have to earn your place and your right to make important decisions.

Sorry I did not post yesterday I look very much to seeing this movie, and i like the banner ShortMonkey has done. Not sure what wrong with NG Log I have been having problems with it loading again, it said I lost 2 ranks and 1 experience not sure why it does that no new points since last log. Annoying when it wont load I will try it out again now.
