Congratz, Dark, I think you could, and should, have gotten this position sooner, if it hadn't been for your computer, which I'm glad to hear is fixed.

I'm delighted with the new departmnt head ,its great to have Phantom back again. I thrilled that we are having another contest, on sunday. I have been having problems with my sound ,i think alot of the trouble is that i go on my mac for hours, so the keys freeze up. As they get to hot. Well i'm tired now got hours before, bedtime though. I hope iCurrrie gets his whistle back to normal.

Other News

I've done a quick member list update and no it's not an XR update, it's a name update. I will get to the XR soon.

I'm going to ask the other department heads to keep track of the XR of the members in their department. A department leader also needs to do that!

Thankyou. That is in fact my top priority at the moment. Although, I've heard this is pretty much the hardest thing to help improve on. I'll keep going with it, But it will likely take a long time. But, it will eventually get done.

So I've looked at the memberlist and it seems Phantom is back. Welcome back, Phantom! Good to see ya here. And DarkSoldier has finally replaced Cole. Looks like the goods happened while I was away. Now, about XR... lol, seriously... what about mine?

Hi ShortMonkey. It says your in the 'Internal Affairs' division. But it doesn't have a definition of what that is anywhere. I'm sure I could guess, But I've been wrong with things before. Explanation?

Internal Affairs Department:
The job of the NGDD Internal Affairs Department is to help keep the Department of Defense as organized as humanly possible. Their job extends from holding a contest each month of their own as well as helping to update the NGDD blog. Members of the Internal Affairs Department MUST be frequent posters on the forum and be willing to help out new members and provide the NGDD with new ideas for improvement.
Requirements: A b/p rank of Private or higher, must have been a member of the NGDD for at least 2 months in a different department, and must request to be in

Actually.... bad news.

You were supposedly on probation while i was away BUT I had NeonFlame126 post for me and in that post it said "All Probation's Are On Hold". So basically, you never did your probation but I must say you acted as if you were on probation which I think you thought you still were? Well... I'll think about letting you in officially.

Although, the current score of your flash is 1.46/5.00 last time i checked so... i don't think it will last very long.

Thats it exactly. The second somebody saw your name in the Authors, They likely just gave it a 5. I voted on it, And in all honesty, I gave it a '1'. Its always the case with popular Users, vote high :]

Look at some of Adam Phillips, Swains, Toms movies. Sure, they are very good, But maybe not all of them deserve the 4.50 score they always end up recieving.

Yeah, and because people do that, then other people think it's useless to even try and blam it, so they just give it a good score. So it's like a neverending spiral going down, where worse and worse flashes can pass.

Aye, I feel kind of sad for myself that I have many Protection points more than actual blam points, which means more flashes get saved. I'd feel I'd accomplished a lot more if I'd have more Blam points, but this is the way Newgrounds works with these days.

Yeah, but at least your blam/save ratio is close to 2. Most people's is around 4-5. So I'd say you're doing pretty well.

Indeed now it is, but what of when it grows? I have a feeling that I will have 3-5 times more protection points than I do have blam points. It's a fact I hate to admit.

Not necessarily... I mean, look at my B/P record. I have a lot more than you (no disrespect meant) and I've managed to keep it at almost exactly a 2-1 ratio. Maybe I just B/P at the right times, and a lot of stuff gets blammed at those times...

I still have more blams than saves, by a lot. Not because I don't save, but because I love blamming. Hence the dark aura.

Yeah, I actually went into blam mode a couple of months after I joined, because I had almost no blams, and I wanted the ratio to be at least close to 2-1. Which it is. So I'm happy enough for now. If I ever get to the rank of Supreme Commander, then I'm only going to blam to try and get them even. but me ever getting there is doubtful so...

Judging from your posts, you would not be a good candidate for the BBS Dept.

They are mostly one-liners, such as the one you requested to join with, and you seem to have no sense of grammar.

But, you would have to wait for the Head of the BBS Dept. to determine if you would be allowed to enter probation.

My suggestion to make your chances of entering the BBS Dept. better, is to make 50 posts that show that you can post with structure and that you know grammar.
