I honestly thought I was digging myself a hole too, but I just kept going at it and eventually got myself out. That was a year of marking reviews it took me forever. I'm guessing it had something to do with the 5 pages of reviews that I marked last night.

The only thing I think of is if NeonFlame let's you in, he is a higher rank than I am and the highest there is right now.

There are only two people who have the power to accept new members, but Department Heads can if I give them the power myself for a certain member. Otherwise no one else has the power to accept new members or it would be total chaos here. I apologize for not posting as much but I've been fairly busy filling out student loan applications and doing essays to see if I can get more scholarships. I'll try and get on here in a bit to sort things out.

Good to know. Well i've been polishing my profile, as preperation for the end of my probation. I've managed to raise my whistle from garbage to Normal again (I was pleasantly surprised since it wasn't a deep of a hole as i thought, and i've raised my B/P status to Town Watch. I know i'm joining the BBS Department, but I want to keep my options open.

I apologize for being inactive this week but since my new Wii sensor bar that i got in the mean time wasn't working too well and I heard the good news about my computer being fixed this week I said "No need in killing myself to post on NG's".

Well... as I promised I will get down to making that Member list update and I will make a post later on covering the probation's.

I'm just saying that you we're the highest ranking person here. NONE of the Dept. Heads were here and he wasn't going to be accepted once they came back, and it seemed like they would never come back; so I was saying, maybe for this one instance, that one of the higher ranking members could accept him.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

I want to be the first to inform you of a new member being added to the ranks of the Newgrounds Department of Defense. I made the decision recently because I realized the NGDD can only use more and more improvement to become better and better. So here goes:

As we, or most of us, know - Wylo was our previous Supreme Commander. Since the change of the NGDD back in December, we have been without someone in the ranks of Supreme Commander of the Newgrounds Department of Defense. Beginning from this post forward our new Chain of Command will be set up as follows:

Supreme Commander - Phantom
Commander - AnalPenguinFarming
General - DarkSoldier

You'll notice to changes in positions, which are the Supreme Commander position and the General position. I've made the officially decision to make DarkSoldier our General and Phantom the Supreme Commander because I feel that they are the best way to make the NGDD a better place for everyone. Phantom was one of the best leaders the NGDD has ever had, and it's only wise to let someone like him take the leader position again.

I'm absolutely fine with that, Like you said, All clubs and Crews turn into something pathetic if you don't have people who are stern within them. Lets hope it doesn't ever happen here.

I use all the grammar and stuff, Although my Firefox isn't working too well at the moment. So, It won't underline any miss spelt words. But I can't complain with my actual brains use of Grammar and whatnot either.

On the note of Firefox, Am I the only one that its messing up with? It opens, and eventually crashes after 20 minutes or so. I uninstalled it, And then reinstalled it, to no avail. I'd say its just me, But really, Who knows?

I have rather good news, well at least for myself. Now I have a laptop, it's old but works for NG and MSN and all that, which means I will have a backup if something messes up with my other computer. Also I would like to gongratulate DarkSoldier for his new position.

Firefox can stir up a few problems every now and then, try reinstalling (while keeping all the bookmarks in the memory), or running an older (2.0) version. Safe mode can also help.

Hey NGDD. I'm going off Newgrounds for a while Now, As I have sleep, and early work, Which won't go too long, But still. Anyway, According to the American way of time, Tomorow will be my 11th Day, And according to my time, It will be my 12th. Although, For obvious reasons, I counted according to American time, The regular Newgrounds time.

I'm simply requesting Permission to Join the NGDD officially.

You asked to join the BBS Dept. I don't see why not. But, at the same time, I would like you to improve your whistle. Keep working on that. And I don't see why you can't be part of the NGDD.

This is going to be a big couple of months for the NGDD everyone. With Phantom back there are already plans in the works to make the NGDD a better place. Not to mention I'll be running another contest on Sunday, be ready for the rules.

This means that to be a part of the contest I'm going to need everyone who wants to be a part of the contest to send me a PM before 12:00 P.M. Newgrounds Time on Sunday. As always you won't know what the contest prize or actually competition is for. Phantom and DarkSoldier, you're also free to join even though you're both Admins.
