Hey, REALLY sorry for the really late list update, but this month was hectic. First I had studying for finals to do before the end of school. Then shortly after, I had jaw surgery which left me unable to do much, including keep track of you guys.

So anyway, I'm almost done. Just have to get the recent contest winners down.

Looks like I have a pretty decent XR rating already. I will be sure to make that stay the same.

I should also be reaching my 400 flash reviews tomorrow. Only 19 more.

Can someone explain to me why I'm still on the discharged list? I was in the last two contests, I consider myself a regular in this department and I did give a explanation when I came back for my long absence. Did I do anything wrong or something?

First of all, read what it says here, and decide which Department you would like to join. Then, depending on how well you stand on Newgrounds, you'll either be accepted or rejected.

In regards to this question, I'm not answering it yet, but I want it to stand out to the Department Heads. Short, MrFinland, DarkSoldier, and RSQViper (if you see this) I want to have a Department Heads meeting ASAP. I want you to all PM me and tell me if you'll be free on Saturday Night, 8 p.m. NG time.

Well either the Portal or BBS depts will be best for me, put me in whichever one im most needed in. Im already a member of the NGPD unless ive been kicked out from there too :D

You might need to talk to Tails about that, if you were only a part of the old NGPD.

I just saw the last couple of pages and found a post pattern. There isn't much discussion, other than, the contest begins, people bragging how far they have gotten, new members asking to join, people congratulating the winners, and so on. I know I'm no exception, but I have come to a realization that I don't know what to talk about in this crew. If we found out what that is, maybe we can make this crew a bit warmer than it is now.

I would honestly say that there shouldn't be too much to talk about here since a lot of the things the club stands for is shown in your actions. Like B/P, whistle, and reviews for the flash department. I would say have a some friendly competitions sometimes too not just ones where you get prizes.

True, but here's the catch-you can't hang around this place like a normal club/crew. Which might be what one of the old members was discussing. He said you can't force this place to be welcoming, it just happens. But, judging on the way things are going, I fear it will never be like that.

Well maybe we can do something to help out. Check out this thread here that I made yesterday. Do you think you guys will be willing to help make the General Forum a better place? Im sure this could bring forth some nice discussion here. Also, make sure to read the entire thread to completely understand, even up to my last post. Post in it if you can contribute.

People who post regularly in general clearly have no problem with with it so I would not want to change it.

Seems like a great thing for the BBS department to work on. Even though I'm not in the BBS department, I'll help for sure. I seriously think the whole of the BBS department should do this and show everyone what the NGDD is made of.

Yeah, I'm not a part of their department either, but I do think it would give us a good rep. and it seriously would help newgrounds out. I have already taken a user today, who tiped lik dis, and shown him that he can become a better quality poster and people would appreciate him for it, and he would be able to have a better chance of starting conversations. He didn't want to do it at first, but a couple of post later he started using grammar and punctuation and was like, " Your right, I do need help. "

Everyone on the BBS department should find someone who is a poor quality poster and convince them to turn into a better one. They shouldn't give up even if the user doesn't agree right away. When you think that persons posts have improved then you could move on to the next user.

Sounds good. I'll try and help out in General if I can as well.

By the way, does anybody know what happened to DarkSoldier? Or is there anyone else who can confirm my acceptance into the NGDD officially? After the probationary period.

Your probation just ended today... therefore, you can't expect DarkSoldier to come STRAIGHT away to accept you. Even though you're on probation, you can compete in competitions and participate in activities and are encouraged to do so. You've done well here so far and I seriously think you will have no problem being accepted.
