CALLING ALL FLASH ARTISTS
As your fearless Flash leader I'd like to point out that there is a Flash competition going on over at albinoblacksheep. There's a cash prize and everything.

Sign-ups are still going on for another week. There's going ot be an open round first, then the top 16 people go on to compete in a bracket tournament thru the end of August.

I joined and it'd be great to have more people from the NGDD join. It's good fun, will get you animating and a theme will be given for each round.

So, go communist AFTER you've become successful? I'd love to point out how the free world has been the one to change the world thru inventions and technology. The rest of the world follows suit and can build off of free world breakthrus. The problem with communism is they stimy free thought. You can't have open-thinking with that type of leadership and thus advancement in culture is bogged down.

I've been to China and seen it first hand. It really isn't a pretty sight. Even in Shanghai it's bad and that is a very rich place. I was actually kind of sad to see the things I saw. That place is slow to change and they get paid jack ****.

I've always seen it differently: Communism, in the sense of "everyone owning everything as a whole" is harder to do as the area under the Communist system gets larger, due to the increasing bureaucracy needed to manage everything, among other factors. It's only really feasible at less than 5000 people, I think. Anything more, and it begins to degenerate into dictatorship.

But the Chinese could still be doing far better than they're doing. They're allowing private enterprise, not a bad thing in itself but contrary to the idea of Communism, and yet keeping an iron grip on political power: The exact opposite of true Communism, and yet they call themselves a Communist nation. The human rights violations, government censorship of the Internet, etc. is reason enough for me to approve of a boycott of the 2008 Olympics by all free nations. But no, traitorous politicians are in league with corporate moguls who own factories in China, and with the Chinese government... Gah. I'm getting too angry. If I go too far, I will fall back into some old habits near which I never want to go again, habits of anger and fanaticism.

Well, I made a promise to myself that I would never submit any of my work to AlbinoBlackSheep because when I was young and very bad at Flash (this is ages ago), I went to numerous websites to submit my work. Many sites had members that said encouraging things (such as NG did, that's why I stayed here) but ABS just bagged the crap out of me and nobody said anything encouraging. Seeing as I was young, I was pretty upset. I wasn't the only one they did it too, they did it to everyone. I can't respect ABS because the members are total dickheads and will never submit there until they improve and is brought to my attention. If I saw that now happening for the first time, I would decide to not submit any of my work there.

Of course though, I have no problem with anyone submitting their work there, I'm just saying why I won't enter. And good luck to all NGDD members!

And stop the communism talk... I'm not going to say what I think because it will arouse more replies on the topic. Just let it go, it's not like the user you're debating against is going to have his government changed if you win. If you want to discuss communism, look at all these topics on communism.

The first two entries here at NG I ever entered were bagged, neigh.... obliterated, in ways I could not comprehend. I've never been to a more rude audience than this place. I'm surprised you would point that finger at ABS.

In any case, I've had no issues there at all. In fact it's a nice change of pace from here because it is so different. The forums usually have pretty good reviews and if you ever want help it's there to be had.

Your probation period started and ends:

Started: May 13 which was a Tuesday.

Ends: May 23 which is a Friday.

Now, before being a full member of the NGDD your Department Leader (me) will decide whether you would be a worthy member or not.

Since you're part of the BBS department you should be posting here more which you're not doing but you still have time to change that as your probation period ends May 23 and that's when i make my final decision on you.

You got pass the first stage of the NGDD which was getting accepted but now you're on the second stage which is where you need to prove to me that you'll be a worthy member or else i won't be able to accept you in the BBS Department.

When you think something is stolen, you must provide a link that has the original flash by the correct author as proof for us so we know you're not pulling our legs. No matter how sure you are, if you can't find a link as proof, don't post it.
