Did you go on setup.exe? If you did then it will come up saying (Look at the picture) and then it should download. Remember what Casualty said "YOU WILL probably get errors about overwriting system files during the setup. If so, click IGNORE!"

I'd like to join. I never really checked this thread out before but I see a lot of familiar people here. I'll join the flash department if that's alright with sir penguinlink. :)

I tried to install it too and had the same thing happen. It asked if I wanted to keep a few .dll's as the ones I have are newer. I clicked yes and kept the newer versions. Then something came up where I had to hit ignore. It installed so I opened up the program. Everything seems to work but it doesn't update when there are new movies. Maybe I'll fiddle around with it later but for now I'll just b/p the old fashioned way. It seems like a neat little program though.

I tried to download and install the .RAR file but it wouldn't work for me. So I deleted that completely and used the .ZIP file. I ran the SETUP.EXE and it worked perfectly. I am now up and running.

Make sure you hit "IGNORE" whenever it gives you the option. It asked me that question once. I hit ignore and it is running perfectly now.

You mean for installing it or when you run the program?

When you install SETUP.EXE it is going to ask you somewhere in there something about overwriting hard drive files or something like that. Hit ignore. It will ask you if you are sure you want to ignore. Hit yes. That is how I did it and it is up and running perfectly for me.

Well then it should be working fine. It should show up in your start menu now. If it isn't in the start menu then check the file directory that you extracted it to. You used the ZIP and not the RAR right?

Yes, I agree. He has done so much for Newgrounds as a whole. It would be great if he would get an Honorable mention in the Elite Guard Barracks' Memberlist, or on the FAQ. Either way would be great.

Of course you may join, dear friend. But I believe you mean you want to join the Portal Department, correct? The Flash department is the department in which you have submitted at least one flash animation. For more information, be sure to read this. It's great seeing you join us, sir. It's great having you as a member. :)

Yes, I was having difficulties as well. I followed everything Casualty said but it still doesn't seem to work properly. It figures, since my computer isn't the best mechanism of advanced technology there is. :P

Thanks for the last update, Wylo. I shall take this into account once I update the memberlist next tuesday, I believe. Congratulations to LIttle-Rena for first place and Abyssus for third place and to everyone else who got 200 points or more.

I am having problems now where the program notifies me of new UJ flashes then when I go to the Portal front page it takes them at least 5 refreshes to finally appear.

Sounds like it'll get annoying fast with the slider coming up everytime a new Flash comes up. Its probably best suited for the people in the opposite time zones since they are on during the off-peak hours.
