Isn't that like an american restaurant that claims to have authentic Australian recipes or something? I don't know...
It's an American restaurant with a supposedly "Australian" design... They have pictures of kangaroos and kaolas and boomerangs and other "Australian" shit. As for claiming to use Australian recipes: no, I don't think that sounds appetizing to anyone. It's just a regular Steakhouse basically with a crocodile dundee theme. Actually, I think Paul Hogan who starred in the "Crocodile Dundee" movies is part owner. The australian theme isn't really that obvious, its not like the waiters pretend to have an accent or anything, they wear normal clothes, and noone goes there thinking that it's supposed to be an "Australian Experience". It's really just like any other restaurant but the pictures on the wall tend to have sort of that Crocodile Dundee theme.

The website is kind of funny, and probably will piss you off. The actual restaurant isn't as blatant about trying to be "Australian" as the site is.
