Some people in prison I wouldn't let out even if they had served all their sentance, and some people who still have a long time to serve but who have the right kind of "mind set" I'd gladly let out tomorrow.

If the guy was truley sorry for what he did, and of course it's very hard to judge considering you havnt given me very much info to go on, then I'd let him out.

It's all down to sercomstance.

Like I said, some people in prison I would never let out, even when their time was up, the kind of people who don't care about the law, and the kinda people who would commit crime again. But some people, decent people, people who are genuinly sorry for what they've done, I'd let out tomorrow without a fuss.

why judges are been thought if being replaced say the goverment...too kind for the worst crimes and too harsh on lighter crimes, why??? because its less hassle to keep nerds and stoners in prison than mass murders etc

You can serve half your sentence then be considered If It's safe to the public for release, which is so very unlikley.

Also after the sentece his life will be owed to the state, he will probably never get a job, let alone a wife.
