Some phones don't have caller ID. =P

When I worked for Cingular, I'm pretty I remember that you cannot block a specific number. You can, however, get your number changed. We did it for free if the reason was harassment, which this clearly is.

Now, that's just GSM with Cingular. Perhaps your provider can block numbers, or maybe your phone can.
