We just updated the header to make the INBOX more prominent for private messaging. We do hope to add header notification for new messages, we just want to be sure it is done in a way that doesn't break the database server. Log in to see the new buttons!
Random fan-plug! Shane Collins is attempting to be the first 13 year old to produce a feature film and premier it at Sundance. Can he do it? Who knows, but he's a Newgrounds fan and I'm in a charitable mood. He needs 60 people to pre-order the DVD so that he can raise money to print the DVDs. You can Pre-Order the DVD on his website.
I make no guarantees that you will get a DVD; I'm hoping Shane will deliver as promised. I'm also hoping that some day he will become a big time movie producer, so that he can tell everyone how Newgrounds helped him get his big break. Or not... It's up to you.
The PM system has been working out great so far, be sure to check it out if you haven't already! We also added a Logout button rather than the text link, and when you log out, you return to the page you were currently visiting, rather than the old login screen.
This next month is the "ROAD TO COMIC-CON". We're in crunch mode to get our demos and booth in order so we can attempt to knock some socks off with hardcore console action. Or die trying. Jeff is making a hot Newgrounds poster and Dan Paladin has made a massive new back wall mural for the Behemoth, featuring Alien Hominid characters intertwined with characters from our upcoming game!

Looks spiffy...I'm just waiting for a notification for new PMs...I'm sure it's on the way, but I'd like to have like the button say Inbox (2 new) or something trippy like that so I don't have to view my Inbox everytime I check.

I think it was alright. It was funny watching Dobio going on a locking spree to all the threads that stated this. Yayyyyyyyy.
And just a suggestion, could we have something that tells us when we have a new PM on that new menu? Also, now that we have an indox box, do we still need it in account options? It's your website, but I was just making a suggestion.

Hm, so there's more behind it than just buttons. That's good, first off the design looks good, secondly, I was getting tired of the old log out menu.

Hay i just saw thtat when i loged in. Looks good. I enjoy the PM only i am not the most popular person with it i still think it's a great i dea. Plus it alredy look "pritty"enough for me.

This is a lot better than the old one. Instead of having to go to Account Options and then going to Inbox, you can just click the Inbox button now. :D

I like the new buttons in the header.
But that thing that Shane did was just stupid. I watched the "trailer," and was not suprised that he was 13. And that 30 seconds to a minute of just black at the end does not do anything for him.
