I love it when people say that when they make tons of money theirselves out of flashworks by someone else wich got "sponsored" with a 10% share.

There is a such thing as a lawsuit that doesn't involve monentary damages. Somebody can sue eBaums for allowing the stolen content on and force them to remove it that way (US Copyright Court). If Eric is shown to knowningly hosted and keep stolen content on, he's still liable for it and would have to take it down.

It's not all about money.

here's an idea, i'll buy rifles for everybody who wants the idiot eric(or how ever you spell his name)dead and we'll fill him up with bullets! sounds good right!

Well , Inglor , Ebaumsworld.com definitely won't go down with this but the bad publicity that he would get if this case went to court could be more than enough to further damage his already questionable reputation by putting him and his practices on the spotlight and there's always a chance (even if minimal) that this could set a precendent to the enforcement and validity of copyright laws on the Internet. Nothing is gonna happen if people don't take action .

My RL friends even sends me links to the site. I told them all not to go there, but fucking still does it.

Obviously the lawsuit isn't going to hurt Bauman or affect eBaum's World, but if this thread and the miriad of posters who advocate killing Bauman are any indication then people just want the chance to stick it to him and raise awareness of his pillaging. I say power to the people, Bauman is just another example of some snot getting rich off other people and deserves to have peons lighting his heels on fire every now and then.

Be realistic. Just taking a 10 second look at Inglor, I can see that he has contributed over 10k posts here, been here for two years, and iploaded 4 pieces of hs work on here, with an A+ batting average. And to top that all off, he's just using logical reasoning rather than taking cheap shot at NGs. If anything its protcting people from wasting their money for little effect.
