Ah, some very tasteful game soundtracks. They were done by Michael Giacchino.
Unfortunatly, EA stopped selling his CDs, and you can only find them online at extreme prices.
You'll have to resort to illegal methods, which I can't and won't go into beyond that.

The CDS were available until this year, and the games themselves are almost half a decade old, which means they got it then, or, they got it illegally.

If I am not mistaken, MOH is quake 3 based, so you should be able to go to the moh/main folder, and open up the base_XXXX.pk3 files using winzip or winrar. The music should be located inside.
Most game content is usually released under fair use parody act, so assuming you dont resell it, you should be fine.
