Does anyone else have a problem with the vote bar loading after you've reviewed a submission? It might just be my comps not refreshing every link but after reviewing I can never seem to vote.

that happens to me sometimes.could be technical difficulties on ng's part.

same with my PC i think its the preloader that messes it up.

Yeah. When they're optimised badly or without a preloader it probably can't tell if it's fully loaded.
