Back in 2001, my step-brother told me about it. I didn't know how to join until in 2005 when I found out but I only joined to submit my movies. Now I stay here for the BBS and still post movies.

I found NG by searching for an image of a goomba, then found a flash called 'Goombas are bad pets' and I laughed at it so hard. Then I saw that it was part of a whole Mario Parodies collection and I thought 'This is very, very good!' 2 days later, I signed up and said good riddance to a certain website worse than Myspace and 4chan.

Me and my friend were looking for Dragonball Z stuff on the interweb about 5 years ago and we found Eskimo Bob on newgrounds. It was like the best thing on the internets for us at the time cause we didn't bother to look at any other videos. Then, about 3 years later, I came back to newgrounds after I stopped loving DBZ, and I noticed that there was TONS of other stuff on newgrounds.

My nephew (older than me) told me about Ultimate Showdown and I checked it out.It was cool but then I saw other flashes which made me switch from stickpage to newgrounds.I regularly watched stuff in 06 and I got an account in 07 I found the bbs over a year after I found newgrounds.

I was looking for decent flash and found NG in 1999(first thoughts: best site ever!), left(mostly) and made an account in 2007. When I was on NG everyone else in my class was on the Dragonball Z site(faggots).
