It depends on your background. If some parents are for example canadian then their baby should be canadian too. I think location doens't matter but the situation and background does.

Techincally..yes..consdiering they arent from any country or place on earth..but that would just be a immigration definition of it. Its not like the babie would be a diffrent species or anything.

Exactly, that's what I mean. See, everyone thinks of 'aliens' as a different species, but if you aren't born on earth, technically you're an alien.

The same way if you're born in say, Canada. You're an alien to the United States. That's why they call 'em illegal aliens. They ain't talkin' 'bout no damn ET, that's for sure.

You know thats one argument that has been brought up before. Cuz bones form according to the gravity on Earth. But what if a child was born and grew up in space? What would their bone structure be like?

Seeing as there is no government in space(as far as we know) to lay claim then yes the baby is from earth.
