how do i make a flash countdown timer?

i want it so that a dynamic text box displays the countdown from 60 seconds to 0, and when the counter reaches 0 i want it to gotoandplay scene 3. (the counter would be in scene 2)

any ideas?

Why dont you just make a movieclip, look at your framerate and then every X(your framerate) frames you make the next number. At the last Frame you make a code like gotoandplay
