my first ever submission to NG. Drawn with a mouse and HEAVY smoothing in Flash, colored in GIMP. yea, not that good, but it's my first try, sooo...TADA!!!

Why hasn't anybody made any tribute flashes to this meme on Newgrounds? We got at least one major for the infamous Dick Neck, but none for this! Penicorns are also one of the few memes to ever have its own article on the great Uncyclopedia which even links to this very website!
