I was playing World of Warcraft, which I am new to. I asked how to talk on the main channel and someone said press alt+F4, then after everyone was shouting "DONT FUCKING PRESS IT". Then later continued on to talk about what alt+F4 actually does.
Apparently it ends a process on your computer causing it to crash. I wan't to know if this is true?

Alt+F4 ends the current foreground proccess.

It just closes the current window, click on the top bar for your internet browser, click alt+F4, and it'll just close.

it shuts down World of Warcraft, you need to enter it again, it doesn't crash your computer. (hasn't happened to our computer)
