Is there a programme where i can make flashes but not have to pay because i can't afford the £100-£300 kind of price tag for a programme

www.thepiratebay.org is down after some swedish lawcollab, chek it out yourself, but i have still torrent, contact me, if you really want it without paying.

Yes. Yes it is. Despite being about £10 last time I checked Ebay (Jeez... Ebay's becoming REALLY suspicious recently), you can't use Studio 8 Student Edition to make with the moneys

On the plus side, if you ever DO earn money from the student version, you could then go to Macromedia and say "DIdn't mean for this to happen. Here's the $800 I got from Newgrounds and from Paypal Donations. Can I have the full, non-student version now please?". I'm sure they'd be more than happy to oblige...
