Mmm... but actually, it's worthless, because if you just wait, they detain you while they get a warrant using probable cause, which, probable cause is denying them... so the very right that allows us to deny them, allows them to force it.

Well, reading all of the replies. There are a lot of misconceptions.

1. Why did you let them search your car?

At the time, I thought all of my paraphenelia was hidden or thrown out of the car.

2. They can't prove it was weed.

They sent it in for analysation.

3. They can't search your house.

My parents let them. Not my house.

4. This didn't happen, you're lying.

Where's the proof I'm lying? My parents took my 4 tickets, I dunno what they did with them. But I will be recieving a letter in the mail in to see when my court date is. If you really don't believe me and need proof, then IM me at at0mpluspackage and I'll send you my scanned letter from court. I'm not sure what it will say on it, but it will hopefully be proof enough.

Dude, simple solution. Don't drive around when you're high. Sure, you'll be payin attention like a hawk, paranoia'll do that, but when the time comes to dodge that pedestrian that just wondered out into the street, you're not gonna be capable of makin a judgement that fast. You might think you're all there, but so do drunks. I've known enough stoners that'd say they were idiots driving around high when they were younger.
