Sorry for double post, anyone. But, Good news Glaiel...

I made the missiles home on the enemy's _x. (Thanks to Khao for some reference in here)

BTW, U_A (i got it right this time) i got a badass idea.
You could link to the folder on my site (www.dfblaze.net/BossCollab) which SHOULD show all the files under it. :P So that way you save some stuff to do. Or if you dont want to, well, anyway, thats going to be the PERMANENT link of my file that ill be updating. Im too lazy to embed the file in an html, so, have a look.

Any other pieces, email em, and ill have em up for you by tomorrow evening tops. To save U_A some work and to keep previews on the collab. :P

Yes, you can use music. I have like a 10 MB upload limit and couls easily get it upped if need be. Sounds effects too. Yes, ridley should be harder.

Also for homing missiles, only home them in if it's greater than X pixels from ridley or else it kinda vibrates back and forth a little. Either that or use trig.

I was kind of aiming for the vibration, but when its _xscales get smaller, it is too much of a vibration, so ill go with trig.

Thanks for getting it right. And I really appreciate this. Anyway, can you make it so the dimensions match the file, because fullscreening makes it look really bad. I don't know html very well so your on your own for dimensions.

Yeah, i can do it. I just have to embed it in a .html file, because what its showing is the .swf file itself. But dont sweat it, i was just lazy last night.

i don't get the _root.win. thing/_root.lose thing. I put on (rollOver) {_root.lose();} for the bad guy's attacks and I don't know what it's supposed to do

When GG puts this all together, that will call the global function of continue and play, or stop and lose.

It's easier this way - if he finds that something goes wrong with the game over sequence as it's already standing, or suddenly decides to make it continue in a completley different manner, he won't have seventy different games to recode.

Guess that's solved that one. Not sure the collab's policy on reoccuring bosses - there seemed to be an interesting thread of thought when it came to Ridley from Metroid a few pages back, and they've all gone on for seperate bosses (with DFB getting the rights to the winged lizard space pirate

nah we've already got bowser and as far as I know there's not much difference between versions of bowser. Do the frog thing or whatever then.

For recurring bosses, i'd say that if the boss is different enough i'd allow 2 people to do it. Like robotnick. All his things are different. But multiple versions of bowser and gannon and stuff aren't different enough.

on that note, the first thing that you should do when making your movie is to make a movie clip and stuff it all in there so that all your targets work when it finally does get shoved in a movie clip.
