I know completely how you feel, I can be as hyper as hell, or I could be getting back from a huge sports day, exhausted, but I just can't find a way to sleep. It even happens during the usmmer. It happened Saturday night, my friend was over, and he fell asleep playing video games, and I must've played my Xbox so much it burnt out.. I dunno, I haven't tried it yet.

I spent my weekend working on my house. We are putting up sheet rock.

Yeah, our home's AC has done that at least five times in the past two years, usually in the hottest times of the summer.

Today was shit though, it's 90 degrees (~32 Celcius) over here, and I have a big head of hair which has yet to be cut. My school doesn't have working AC either, and I had my sports elective today. :|

Well, on Memorial Day I had to march about a mile in full, wool band uniforms with a huge, heavy drum while it was 93 degrees out (no these are not exagerations). After the 30 minute march, we had to stand in the sun for about an hour waiting for a long speech to be given (still in the hot-enough-to-supply-enough-to-keep-you-wa
rm-in-negative-degree-uniforms) and about half the band developed either dehydration or heat exhaustion. And immeadiately after that, I had to go to work where the air-conditioning was broken and seemed to make the place even hotter. So yeah, I enjoyed my three day weekend.

My weekend was great, untill I got back here and realized that I had to go back to school. My marching band just went to Florida to march in the night parade at The Magic Kingdom (and we kicked ass. Biggest and best there). 26 hour busride back here, and then back to school. The week when I have two final projects due and a shitload of homework to catch up on. Finals and last week of school next week though.

Yeah, my day today wasn't so good either.

I get the rest of the week off too.

Yeah, I scored a career high 21 points Saturday :p

I made peppermint icecream. It was delicious.

Even got my own churner and saltwater cooler. And a ton of peppermints.

No 3 day weekend in the UK, but I am on my study leave AND my half term break so i have no exams or anything this week, doesn't mean there's no pressure.

Hey, our band did the same over spring break! We too were the best. We however had an unfortunate 31 hour drive there. Man that bus ride will make me never complain about those lame 8 hour drives. Anyways, didn't you love the backstage area about how the staff obssesed about no taking pictures or what not? That was by far the best part of the whole Disney experience.
