This whole scenario really doesn't shock me, which is sad. I actually know a girl here who got pregnant when she was 12 and had it at 13. Her mom got pregnant at the same time and they thought it was so cute they were pregnant together. Her brother who was 15 got a girl knocked up a few months later. Fast forward 3 years and all their stupid asses were arrested for locking the kids in a house with no air, water, food, or electricity for days, all alone, in 100 degree weather. Now they no longer have their kids. But the moral of my story is these retards shouldn't be allowed to have kids. Since she is so young, she should at least be assigned a case worker to keep tabs on her.

I agree. These people shouldn't be reproducing at all; most people don't grow out of that kind of stupidity.

No, that's the young girl from the article another user posted above. She's from South America I think. They don't know who got her pregnant. But I do agree that's pretty sick.
