The JMHX Memorial Scholarship

Question: How many times would the Founding Fathers (Button Gwinnett excluded) roll over in their graves if they knew of the warrantless wiretapping of citizens, indefinite detention, Executive usurpation of Judicial branch powers, shady PATRIOT ACT usage and rule by fear now so common in America?

Zero, they're all dead and have no conception of what's going on anymore.

I'll take that prize by PayPal.

They rolled over only once.

They rolled over onto their sides, curled up into a ball and started to violently weep (weep in the most ragingly awesome possible way, of course).

Are you being serious? Yeah, I'll take a shot at this one for 1000 dollars.

The Founding Fathers don't roll over in their graves. The body is completely dead and has absolutely no movement. If you believe in a soul, then the soul might be up in Heaven or down in Hell where they have absolutely no control of their old bodies. The very idea that we remain in control over our bodies after we die is ludicrous.
