Exposure thread

Hello fellow audio forumers.

I have an idea, very similar to wintangs post and get a review.

But instead of posting for youself, maybe we should suggest tracks by the lesser knowns on here. Ones who may have been around since the dawn of time but nver get the exposure that they should.

This doesn't mean post your own stuff or an alts, this is for the people who you feel truly deserve some recognition on the AP.

So if you have anyone who you feel deserves attention, post there link here, and give them some reviews and votes.

anyone who posts there own stuff i will personally kick your teeth down your throat and get and 0-by on all your songs.

Yep - great idea but it's only a matter of time until someone see that there are adverts here and posts their own stuff not realizing what the topic is for...

Khuskan, thios may well get locked/deleted/forgotten, but at the moment it seems to be going okay. if people start posting ther own shit im gonna 0by the offender then im gonna spam this up to fuck and get it locked.

i'm hoping everyone will be mature about this, and get people to post upsome real gems, all threethat have been posted are all really good and i've never heard of a single one.

I mean if someone decides to post you up for example, it'll be a nice bit of exposure for you. If we can keep this thread alive by keping to the topic it may, i repeat may become a permanent fixture to the AF, thats if the mods don't lock it though.

Khuskan is a senior in both the AP itself and the AF, he's got more exposure then the Pope.

You act as if this has never been done before, you're simply new, and must observe the forum before you decide to take matters into your own hands.

As far as this thread goes, I can see how it could get locked, and I can also see how it'd make a contribution, how can you find out? By observing.

i know, i know erkie. im not having a go at anyone here, and this is my alt account remember. but i am still relatively new anyway. and yes this thread has been made before, but it doesn'tmean to say it can't be done again.

Khuskan as you've said is a true veteran on here, i was just saying that to make a point. but when someone posts a gem it's nice to see the effect it can have.

maybe my heads in the clouds here, i don't know, but i'm enthusiastic about this and i've found a few peps myself whom i'l be posting shortly.

for themean while, i don't want to get into any flamingor out, i want this thread to try to remain on course for a day at least. but thanksfor your input, i know your only trying to help. and great submission by the way erkie.

Well, this is no "fifen" nor "review" crew of any sort. The way I see it this is a shout out that we simply go listen+review+vote to the ones who are "lesser known" on the AP. Nowhere is this thread actually making any deal of any sort like the "fifen me n ill fifen u". Therefore I see no reason this thread should be locked because of that.

However, there have been threads like this before, i belive piepie made some thread long ago that became quite popular. Also, this is honestly what we have the seldom used Audio Joint for :)

Hey PBR thanks very much for the link! Ive been listening to a lot of Pitters lately and its certainly about time for some exposure. That song Cold V1.0 is really great, Ive got on my iPod to listen to on the bus into Uni tomorrow :) The reversed guitar rules!

Also, SineQuaNon is a very good and underappreciated classical artist...if you want some epic tunes that evoke some Viking feelings check his stuff out!
