This is weird. I managed to fade out some text. I made a new scene, and made a square covering the flash. I converted it into a graphic, and then insterted a keyframe in frame 41. In frame 41, I set the alpha to 0%. I right clicked frame 41st, and created a motion tween. The fade didn't work. I undid the tween, and tried to create a tween by right clicking on the first frame. Why the fuck isn't this working? It worked for the text!

Any replies? Please? Why won't something this simple, that has worked for me before, work now?

What the hell is wrong? Now the tween works, but I had to change the properties instead of the good old right click. And instead of an arrow, its a dotted line.

u'r tryin 2 fade right? like the whole scene? or just the text? if it's just the text... click it with the regular arrow then go to the properties below. click the text again just in case and it should let you see "color: with selections next to it. go to alpha. 100 is visible, 0 is invisible. start at 100 and tween to 0. if u want the whole scene to fade make a big black square to cover your workspace then make it a movie clip. do the same alpha color trick w/ the tweening or whatever.
