I dont really see what maturity has to do with grammar and spelling. I've seen people at the age of 50 not being able to write properly in english. and now, only to see your post backfire. You had a spelling mistake at "your", it's supposed to be "you're".

it takes time for the mind to mature and think like a rational person would. it is different for every individual. for me i always thought i knew wtf im doing and felt superb until i turned 20 i realised i been acting pretty stupid for some time.
things change, feelings change, attitudes change with age. its natural and not under anyones control. so saying 13/14 year olds are stupid or irrational is wrong. i disagree with your statement.

It's not just little kids or young teenagers that can be annoying and have little respect for those around them. Really, I am staying at a hotel and the most insensative people are adults. These are my neigbors of the hotel room. Really, SLAM the door leave the TV on LOUD and just NOT SHUTTING UP in general. I am 16, they are adults, and my mother is absurdly mad at them, as am I. The point of this all is that it is never to early nor to late to be really disrespectful and/or annoying.
