I've barely got flash 8 to finally work with my Opera browser, I don't want even more problems.

Anyways, I can run some tests myself, I've got loads of free time.

i just got it updated... Never mentioned it was a beta, it was like an auto update. Everything seams fine to me so far.

-Rage- runs hideously for me on mozilla with flash 9 beta, but fine on flash 8 player.

Flash NINE? Always updating... I remember when it was Flash 1. How fast time seems to go.

This doesn't work on my computer with the beta with either Firefox or IE, I wonder if it's the flash player beta or my computer. I've also noticed that it cuts some background music off.

uhhhh dude? beta means testing. and peoiple have to test it in order to fix the bugs. you supposed to use it and send in all the bugs you found thats why they call it beta. if noone tests it then they wont be no official release. you need to think before you post or at least look up what beta means.

Now for the bad news...
It seems that certain sites built in earlier versions of flash(5, 6, 7, 8) are NOT displaying in flash9 player.
If the player request (in the object tag) is changed from your current version request(for example, on my site it was 6,0,76,0), to 9,0,16,0 then, and only then will your flash site/movie be displayed.
I had to change mine, even though it was built with a much earlier version, in order to be displayed.

Yeah I've noticed that.

I've had the player for awhile now and there was no bugs at all. But what can I tell,I've got a newer computer and a pretty good internet connection.
