Oh, I recently added "Sound of Silence" to my favorites, a submission that entered the Flash Portal ten days ago.

I know that it got front page, got 25´000 views and got daily third place, but I just wanna say, check it out, since I know that many of the people posting on the NG BBS aren't exactly visiting the front page, nor the Portal, before they go here.

And if you liked that submission, you should also like "Bright Eyes", a submission who's currently my number one favorite who just like "Sound of Silence" got 25´000 views and was rewarded with daily third place when it was submitted.

You should also appreciate "Space Oddity" that won daily first place, got front page and more than 50´000 views.

you know with all the updates you have planned to newgrounds, i would really like you guys to implement a code generator to put a flash submission on a site like, myspace. they do it with videos. then of course it should have a link to newgrounds, so it would be awesome advertising in the process.

i can never find good enough videos for my myspace, but i always see awesome flash animations that would be great on my site. of course its just a suggestion, and i'm sure people will say after this, myspace is dumb and emo, do what ya will

Also, it would be nice if you had something that allows us to change the site design, like choosing from differant layouts, even gincluding the old ones in there. That would be even better.

Hehe, nice strategy there. I've briefly read about how to communicate well with your customers/team in a 'how to be a good team manager' book. It says you should know a lot of people by their first names, be polite, say good morning, etc. :P
