Hmm let your mind go on this one: With more than one thing happening at once.. Getting your dick spliced, internal bleeding, lit on fire (gas), eyes getting poked at by a crow, all your bones being crushed, testies popped, brain explodes, getting eaten by a zombies while missed shots bop you in the head. >.> But i doubt this would ever happen to anyone... the chances of all these events happening at once are slims.. but still that would be a pretty grim death.
