Now it seems to me like people on ng are just weird lol yeah its so obvious (including myself). Now what's up with scores on audio? I mean one minute you got a 4, then you got a 2.5 and then a 3.5..........How in the hell does that happen? I mean it seems like people just come on to ng just to vote zero on EVERYTHING they see and hear. That kind of makes aspiring artists like myself kinda turn our head on ng, thus taking away good things from fair people. Are there people who see the same kind of problem that I do? I was thinking about contacting ng and proposing an idea as follows :: People who vote the same number on every submisstion's voting power will decrease.:: Also check out my audio! I got one submission above a 4, "call in the cavalry" and hopefully that will stay over a 4 lol.

Thats why us regs ignor the voting. Basically put, if you get anything above 3, you're doing very well. It's all really in the reveiws instead of the votes.

I actually try to use the 1-4 for everything I see... unless it's a completely ownage song that makes my hair stand on end or laugh. That's effectively my criteria.

Yeah, i try to just at least boost a song up if i like it, ie, if its 3.5 and it dont like it that much, but i think its worth more than 3.5 i'll 4 it. i wont 5 something unless i either think its actually good, or if someones asked me to, or both. And i dont 0 unless something is a complete crock of shit or stolen.

Yea. personally I take pride in how many downloads the song gets too..... like a few of em only got mabye 15-30 downloads, but I think the song that got the most downloads (went from a 4 to a 2.5 in one night) call in the cavalry was at 97 last time I checked. but alas the review crew doesnt sound like a bad idea, some of you should (if you have any spare time) review some of my audio, and tell me some things I should improve on.

Yep it exists - they stick around for a few weeks and then vanish. Informal review "crews" abound just amongst good-minded AP'ers. Check "Clubs & Crews" and search the Audio forum as well. You'll find a handful.
Best way still to get reviews is to review others. Payback comes quickly.
