I need to make a voice piece sound as though its coming over a radio. I dont have any sound editing software, so can anyone recommend a course of action?
Cheers

yep what you want is a frequency filter, such as Q in cubase SX, basically it accentuates frequencies in any given audio to add prescense, volume, or drastically change something, and the radio noise is one of them, its very similar to equalisation but is a bit more forgiving with the process, so have a look in the STICKY or try this site KVRAUDIO.COM there should be summat free on there to help you.

Turn the treble up and the bass down. Thats the simplest radio effect you can get.
