When you watch a movie, the page on which you clicked "Watch Movie" will have 5 faces on the left numbered 0-5. Select accordingly and after voting on 5 movies or games you'll get the option to deposit and acquire 10 points.

After you rate five movies, out of 5, while logged in, just look towards the bottom of the "thank you for your review" page, it should say "click to deposit you experience"
