Is there any way to have a continuous music track go throughout flash scenes, stay as a streaming sound (not event), and not have hickups/skips in the music?

Unless you can find the exact place that the sound changed in-between scenes, then I'm sorry- I can't help you.

Maybe you shouldn't use scenes, most people give up using scenes after a while. Especially in music videos.

Put it in a movieclip the exact length of the song and have that movieclip stay in your movie for the duration.
