hi, ive got sound forge v8 and i want to change the rate to 2.11 . i can change it to that (btw it makes my voice sound squeeky) but when i save it and put it on flash it comes out as i would normally of recorded it. i know some of you guys use it so i want to know how you can change it so it stays at that rate.
thanks

Listen to the sound file after you save it to make sure it's changed. Make sure you're importing the correct file in flash. :-\

here's an idea - dont use soundforge it sucks - instead use cool edit pro - or adobe audition or whatever its called these days - you wont be disappointed! ;)
also my program doesnt rape half the quality when you export it as mp3..
