I'd just like to say thanks to any and all who have reviewed/are going to review my flash. Also, I'd like to become a member! This is a nifty system going on. It'd be a shame for people not to have more reviews. I've already reviewed some of the content required for this week, aside from mine which is N/A. Thanks, and i hope i can join :)

It depends. Sometimes I'm very quick. Listening to music once is enough sometimes ("You never get a second chance to leave a first impression" is my motto ^^.). But most of the time I listen twice or thrice to a track.
As for movies: I watch the movie once. If I think I missed something, I'll watch it again, but that is very rare.
I also read the reviews other people gave for a request, this can be very helpful, too.

Ahhh man I haven't been reviewing much at all lately. I used to get 100% completions and now I'm down to only have reviewed 31%!!!!! I'm terrible ::tear::

But this week is a fairly short list and I'm on Spring Break! So I'm nearly done, and I'm hoping to stay up high on that list. Hopefully I'm not going to get kicked out for not reviewing much, but I've been really busy up at school and with the Newgrounds Department of Defense.

How has everyone been lately? Haven't heard much from you dudes lately.

For games, I only review it after I finish it. It might take ages, bout I'll only review it after I beat it. If the game is interesting I might play it over and over again, for pleasure.

I can watch a movie twice, I can watch it five times... it depends more on the length of the movie, a longer movie should have a longer review.

And I can listen to songs innumerous times before reviewing it. I don't count, but it's usually more than five times. I don't really know, I just leave it looping. =)

There should be a new rule here. Something like "Don't write one-line reviews, be constructive"

Although that rule should apply to everyone on NG.

You have to post your points on sunday before the next update, then milinko will add you to the list.

So here's my first 100% week list in a loooooooooong time. I'm fairly excited to present this one.

Flash(+RRC at bottom) = 24 points
Audio(+RRC at bottom) = 48 points
Posting once this week = 3 points
Completing all requests = 7 points

Final Score = 82 points

Woot, 82 points for this week. Definitely not an all time high score, but definitely not bad either. See you all next week!

I only like to put the RRC label on requested reviews because this way I know what's separated from what when I'm reading my past reviews. Generally I like to know who I've helped and who I haven't. Although to be honest my review style changes when it comes to reviewing RRC movies and regular movies.

With RRC movies I do a full in-depth review. I break everything down completely so they understand what I'm trying to pinpoint. Whereas with the people who I know don't need help, like those authors on the top 50, I leave a short review. It's more of a "Hey thanks you did a great job with this one, keep em coming!"

Hopefully that answers your question.

Every review I do gets the tag - it's good advertising, if nothing else. Besides, it's free :P

Rather than being a flash artist I'm a lousy animator in some other program. After stumbling for months I've finally managed to convert 1 (one) of my animations that I found decent into an .swf, yay.

Wow i cant belive im 22nd, i will enjoy my time here, and btw thx milinko959 for fixing my math error, it wont happen again, i know have an excel spreadsheet going that will automaticly figure my score for that week and the total score. Anyway i think im gonna be here for a while. and and quick question, if im going to be away from my comp. for a while can i tell you i will not be able to participate and it wont count against me or is it just to bad and i lose a few percent?

I guess you have to to grin and bear it and lose a few percent. But don't let that discourage you. As you can see there are only 2 users in the top 10 with a 100% completion rate ;) . So don't worry if you miss one week of requests.

For:
- personal satisfaction (keeping better stats)
- can seem like the current system is unfair if you're going away on holiday, on a 2 week bike ride or whatever.
- upon returning, 100% achievers may be more motivated to continue doing 100% of requests.

Against:
- more stuff for the list-keeper to keep track of
- discourages returning to do an incomplete % of reviews? As is, it's better to do one than none for in-club stats - just as it is for the authors.

Given that the world is in a state of flux and stuff can always be changed, what do you guys think?

Yes it would, if I went on a holiday, I'd be more willing to finish all the requests given if I still have a 100% compleation, if I droped due to my holiday, I'd just maybe do just flash, since there wouldn't be much point to reviewing something I'm not to keen to review, lol.
