I caught a friend of mine in the act! He forgot to lock his door and he and his girlfriend had turned up the music while having sex. Getting no reaction from knocking I thought he might not hear me because of the music and opened the door. Getting caught myself, never. I always lock the door. And when I still lived with my family I used to meet the girls at their places, as my sister would have heard any whisper.
