In the clockcrew videos I like how they use a text to speech system for the audio. My big question is how does one do this and with what do they do it with? Somebody get ack to me on this one plz.

They use a Free text to speech program called Speakonia

How does Speakonia differ from that of the speech utility in Fruity Loops?

pretty much, Fruity Loops one has more diversity and is somewhat better in quality I think, but in all honesty I wouldn't use it for an advertising bit, its just a neat add-on in Fruity Loops.
