What?! Dave Mustaine wasn't even on 'Ride the Lightning', he was kicked out of Metallica half way through 'Kill 'Em All' which is why some of the songs are credited to him. He left before the album was even finished. Although you could say he was behind 'Ride the Lightning' because they stole heaps of his riffs for that album. One chord progression in 'The Call of Ktulu' is the same as the one in 'Hanger 18' by Megadeth.

Yeah, I found out Dave did work for Metallica at the start until some stuff happened. Metallica and Megadeth, two fucking great bands, although I think Dave's vocals are quite weird.
