Sexual desire, yes. However, in the sense that homosexual refers to "someone who practices homosexuality," then yes, it's homosexual. The question of INTENT comes up here.

I disagree and it's a ridiculous question. We are master of our own domain. I wouldn't hold another man's penis when he takes a piss either... but I do that with my own penis. From what you're saying, if I were to treat my body like it is another man's, I wouldn't be allowed to even take off my pants or take a shower and wash my penis. Just going to sleep at night and tucking my penis between my legs, would be homosexual, if that were the case. I don't go to sleep with men and have them tuck their penis between my legs.

So masturbating is not a homosexual act anymore than holding your own penis when you piss, is a homosexual act. It is our own tool and we're allowed to do what we want with our own tools. The only thing that determines your sexuality is other people's tools you play with.

Actually I read the only term that comes close to it is autosexuality. Someone who is sexually attracted to themselves and noone else. This would be extremely rare and actually undocumented, since even those who masturbate are usually fantasizing that they are having sex with another person and unless they are gay, that other person would be of the opposite sex.

I can just echo what others have said: it's autosexual (which, by the by, is the correct terminology; monosexuality refers to someone who is only attracted to one sex - the opposite of bisexuality).

Anyway, if you were to autofellate yourself, it's an act of autosexuality. But say it weren't, and that you're merely substituting it because you can't get your mouth on someone else's - that doesn't necessarily make you homosexual. You could be bisexual or, hell, even heterosexual. Closet homosexuals have heterosexual sex all the time - does that automatically make them heterosexuals or are they still homosexuals?
