Weird shit when I sleep

Sometimes when Im asleep, and Im dreaming im falling down a cliff, I wake up, and my body jolts and feels like I really did fall off a cliff. Sometimes I think I'm going into shock when that happens.

Once I was dreaming about my hamburger and I reached out for it, and then I woke up and saw my arm reaching into the sky.

Holy shit, I love when that happens or if I fall asleep a face pops up at me and wakes me up. To the topic maker yea have woken up and my whole body flew up in the air (top half).

Happens to me. I think I levitate off of my bed and fall and I twitch out. and Also I legs usually pop. It's some sleeping thing,

Nothing like that happens to me in bed, but at the lecture hall in my school, if I happen to fall asleep, a few minutes later, I'll experience some kind of jerking movement, either my legs or my head will twitch, and I'll immediately wake and somehow be fully awake. It's weird, but rarely happens.

When I sleep, I dream that I'm watching the woman I love, but can never be with, sleep. She wakes up and sees me, and I wake up crying. I gotta stop having these wierd ass shit dreams that I have to decipher.

I've woken up having dreamt of tripping and sat up real quick feeling like I had tripped in bed. I've also sleep walked my way into the bathroom and took a piss once. Dreams and sleep together are very mysterious things, our subconscious comes out to play.

that happens all the time to me if I'm really tired...I'll just start passing out and then when I'm like half asleep I'll just pop right up. Usually it's because I was thinking about falling or tripping over something

You can't begin to imagine how much I laughed out loud at this.

Sometimes my body "jumps" for no reason, kinda like a convulsion, a spasm or something.

There are other times, when I'm on the bus, when I fall asleep on my book without knowing I am, then SUDDENLY wake up. It is kind of like a trance or something.

I used to have those all the time when I was younger, trip awakes and ones where I saw an object (small waste basket.) that would make me snap awake mysteriously. Oh and I have walked to the the bathroom in my sleep and peed in the toilet. I woke up wondering why I was on the toilet and didn't remember coming in, my dad teased me about it since he is the serious sleep walker who yells and even runs outside in his sleep. My dad really gets weird with even one beer in him.
