As much as necrophillia disgusts me, from a civil liberties perspective I can't see why necrophillia should be outlawed. After all, it could always be possible for someone to donate their body to the Necrophilliacs Convention or whatever, in the same way that people donate their bodies to science. The whole question of consent would then be answered. But still, it couldn't help but seem going a little overboard to legaliase it....
