Does anyone really care if they get laid after they die? I mean, your dead, you can't know or feel anything ever again. Who cares what happens to your body after your mind is gone? Your body might as well be used to make a person happy.

Besides, necrofiliacs would keep the body well preserved in a cool dark location, would you rather have your body eaten by worms in the ground?

any way, not all people want their corpses fucked (probably cuz their self-centered bitches) and you shouldn't do it to just any corpse cuz you can still get an STD, so they should have to sign a form that allows their corpse to be used for pleasure.

It's a cultural thing. Considering that the majority of nations on Earth have a majority of people believing in the afterlife, be it heaven or what have you, it's considered wrong because essentially if you were heaven looking down on your grave, you would see your body being unlawfully and unrightfully desecrated and defiled.

Necrophelia is a crime becasue A: most people find it disguisting, B: Its desecrating someones dead bodie.

And on the note of the not carring if you get laid after death, I completely agree, I hope to get laid just as much in death as I do in life, but not all share this view. Most people, mostly religy's, see the afterlife and that it will be soiled if your body is in any way desecrated. I dont see how throwing the body in a box then burrying it is worse though...

You bring up an excellent point. I think we've established that there's nothing wrong with making love to corpses. Though if they come back as bloodthirsty zombies, ass raping them just seems sensible, let them know who's alive.
