It doesn't matter what candidates they have, there is no way with Bushes demeanor set into play over the minds of how a republican president would be like that any republican would have any chance in hell of winning the 2008 election. Sorry but they should try their luck... umm... during the turn of the twenty-second century.

Why? I really don't understand why anyone would want this man as our president. Besides the fact he hardly has any political experience, he is just plain not that liked. because maybe there are reasons to like him I just don't know about.

Exactly, the man is Theodore Roosevelt reincarnated therefore he must become president. It is not a matter of if he should or that if anyone could outmatch his performance as president. It's a matter of fact that no one could ever outmatch him ever.
And besides we will never have extraterrestrial contact until him or someone very much like him like Feingold becomes president.

I'm fairly certain you're joking about that.

John Edwards is far different from Feingold - the latter is more progressive and liberal. The former is a partisan trial lawyer. He's got comeliness and charisma, but he's too moderate on most issues for me. He's also quite inexperienced and doesn't have much of a record to go on. Plus he ran with John Kerry, so that's never a good thing.

If foreigners could run, the Republicans would be running Schwarzenagger. ;-)

Rambling? Don't you mean "bickering?"
I love doing that to Fabulous. Make him say the wrong word to what he actually meant to say.
Anyways, Fabulous, why the fuck would it matter to you?

Yeah "your issues..."
You don't need to be that well experienced, most people that are supposively experienced don't do that well of a job in office. Take Nixon and Bush for examble.
And well... Nixon had lost to JFK in a previous presidential election, prior to when he had actually won as being president. Of course part of the reason to why he lost was because the Italian Mafia helped get in votes to insure JFK won. But that besides the point.
Nevertheless, just because you lost in a previous election, doesn't mean you'll lose again. And beside he'd probably win, because the ones that didn't vote for him would have realize the huge mistake they have done in re-electing Bush. Well the fortunate few that had any intelligence to begin with.

If it were possible for McCain to get the nomination, he would be formidable. However, I doubt that will happen. Hillary is much more of a wild-card, I don't even want to begin to try and predict what will happen there outside of what I have now that shows her as a front-runner. There haven't been that many good polls out in the past few weeks, so I'm stuck with basically the same trend data I had mid-April.
Sigh.

I do hope you realize that's a horribly dated joke?

Yeah, crooks are always good examples.

I'll concede that he has one of the better chances among the Democratic candidates - I just personally don't find myself agreeing with him too terribly often. I wouldn't vote for him; he's too moderate for my liking. To me he seems like one of those charismatic and ambitious politicians that sways people with strong and convincing rhetoric but fails to back it up. Ah - that's who he reminds me of! Bill Clinton.

One of the least expected candidates is rumoured to be Arthur in 2006, like dominating the minds of unsuspecting children was not enough. His evil schemes are about to commence when he claimed the role of president...

No,
rambling. As in I had no idea what the hell you were talking about. bickering would not fit this context at all.

Haha, you are so witty.

You are talking about Theodore Roosevelt and Feingold and aliens and reincarnation all in the same context. You tell me how the that is supposed to make any sense to anyone.

I'd vote for anyone that is for the flat tax. I do't care if it's pauly frickin shore. If they say yes to flat tax, they have my vote. I'd recommend someone, but it's difficult to find someone that's actually conservative in the republican party, and would actually stand for anything I believe in at all.
Also, not to rekindle the gender war in this forum, but around here (DE) People seem to be more sexist VS Bill than hillary. They simply aren't for ready to embrace the idea of a 'first gentleman' instead of a first lady. I recall hearing political discussions during bill's surgery about how if bill died, it would make hillary better in the campain runnings. I don't agree, I just thought it was something interesting to consider.
But it doesn't matter at the moment, because until that cloud of 'bitch' dissapates around hillary, most won't care enough about her to vote for her.
