Please Help Me!

Hey guys, I am making a new layout to my site (Flameboy.tk).

I need help with the navigation bar for the new layout done in flash. http://dhost.info/fl..ayout/newlayout.html

When you hover around "Home" and when "Flameboy Home" on the bottom shows up, I want it to stay there when i hover out, for example, the nav bar on NewYorkJets.com is what I am trying to make. Can anybody PLEASE help me with this? (preferably denvish, afro ninja or luis)

Also that bar is one big MC with News Draft Team etc being MC's within the main mc.

Say the main MC is called Menu in the news MC it'll have

on(rollOver){
_root.Menu.gotoAndStop(1);
}

In the Draft MC it'll have:

on(rollOver){
_root.Menu.gotoAndStop(2);
}

Etc.

have the bit below your navigation (where flameboy home is) as a movie clip with different frames for each section. then on mouse over of the button send the movie clip to the right frame.

It's not that hard really! When you roll over it, does a movieclip play? Or does the alpha go up?
If a movie clip plays, progressing from nothing to the button, on the last frame, put a stop();
action. When you roll over something else and want that to disappear, on the that on(rollOver) make it so all of them are invisible by making them all go to frame 1(where there is nothing)
With alpha, on the rollOut, make it so the alpha stays at 100, and go to 0 when you rollover something else.

I tried it and it still doesnt work.. i made the links into one big MC and converted the buttons to MCs but it still doesnt work :/

Why the fuck did you do that? Where the fuck did I mention buttons? You just need to use MC's.

Woah nigga, calm down. I said I converted the buttons to MC's. This means that I started with buttons and when i read your advice, I converted all of the buttons I had to MC's. So they are all MC's now with the code in it. And it still doesn't work.

You don't need to. Just start again using MC's and MC's only. And when I refered to something being called menu I meant menu is the instance name.
