Yeah i know, i have the same issue with my cd player, but i saw that there WAS a tape player thingy in it, maybe its the same with game cube, look closely, it could be hiding at the buttom

I hate my gamecube. Thats why I got the 360 :). But seriously I still don't see why those idiots over at Nintendo couldn't have put backwards compatibility on the Gamecube. I loved a lot of the N64 games.
