1. Frequent. If you visit a shop precisely every ten years you will not be considered a regular customer; if you visit often, but at random intervals, you will be.
2. With constant frequency or pattern.

So it can be viewed differently.
1. Someone who has been on NG a looooong time and posts every so often, so eventually they have the same post count as someone partaking in option 2. (see option 2 for more details)
2. Someone who has only been on NG for a few months, say, the length of one (1) season, but has posted alot, with the same post count as someone partaking in option 1.

Or it could just be a 1337 state of mind. :)

Flash reg is someone who is in the Flash Forum constantly and posts a lot here... Spam I'd say your a reg here but the other 2 I'm not so sure of...

don't take being a reg too seriously :P you'll all have access to the forums lol.

people who are not regs simply aren't likely to go on the boards.

No, anyone can post there or go there, but the Flash Forum Regs should and probably will have more privellages on there...

A reg would be a person who has been in the Flash Forum for quite some time, almost everyday posting, helping others, and spamming for fun and getting away with murder=P
